Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to installation, assembly, mounting, and related services provided by KUTA CORP. By scheduling or accepting a service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Estimates and Scope of Work

Quotes and estimates are based on the information provided by the customer before the appointment, including descriptions, photos, measurements, and other project details.

The final price may change if the actual scope of work, site conditions, equipment, materials, or installation requirements differ from the information originally provided.

Any significant additional work or additional charges will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.

2. Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate service information and reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled appointment.

The customer or an authorized adult age 18 or older must be present during the service and must be able to approve placement, project details, and any changes to the scope of work.

KUTA CORP will not enter or perform work inside an unattended residence.

If reasonable access cannot be provided at the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and a service-call or travel fee may apply.

3. Customer-Supplied Equipment and Materials

Customers are responsible for making sure that customer-supplied products, equipment, mounting hardware, parts, and accessories are available and suitable for the requested installation or assembly.

KUTA CORP is not responsible for defects, missing parts, incompatibility, manufacturer defects, or pre-existing damage involving customer-supplied products or materials.

If additional parts or materials are required to complete the project, the customer will be informed before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

4. Unable to Complete Service and Return Visits

If KUTA CORP arrives for a scheduled appointment but the work cannot be completed because of defective or incompatible equipment, missing parts, inaccessible work areas, unsafe conditions, incorrect information provided before the appointment, or other circumstances outside KUTA CORP’s reasonable control, a service-call or travel fee may apply.

If a return visit is required because necessary equipment, parts, materials, or access were not available during the original appointment, the return visit may be charged separately.

Any applicable additional charge will be communicated to the customer before the return visit is scheduled whenever reasonably possible.

5. Site Conditions and Safety

Customers are responsible for informing KUTA CORP about known conditions that may affect the work, including hidden utilities, plumbing, electrical wiring, unusual wall construction, structural concerns, or other hazards.

KUTA CORP may refuse, pause, or stop work if conditions appear unsafe or if completing the requested work could reasonably cause damage or create a safety risk.

KUTA CORP is not responsible for hidden or unknown conditions that could not reasonably be identified before beginning the work.

6. Pricing and Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.

Prices are based on the agreed scope of work. Additional work requested by the customer may result in additional charges.

Customers will be informed of significant changes to the price before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

7. Changes, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Customers should notify KUTA CORP as soon as possible if they need to change, cancel, or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, or situations where the technician arrives but cannot reasonably begin the scheduled work may be subject to a service-call or travel fee.

Any applicable fee will depend on the circumstances and will be communicated to the customer.

8. Workmanship and Pre-Existing Conditions

KUTA CORP will perform services with reasonable care and professional workmanship.

KUTA CORP is not responsible for damage or problems caused by defective customer-supplied products, manufacturer defects, pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, improper prior installation, normal wear, or conditions outside KUTA CORP’s reasonable control.

Customers should notify KUTA CORP promptly if they believe there is a problem related to the work performed so that the situation can be reviewed.

9. Project Photos

KUTA CORP may take reasonable before-and-after or completion photos to document the work area, installation, assembly, or completed project.

Photos that identify a customer or reveal personal information will not intentionally be published without permission.

10. Communications

By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or contacting KUTA CORP, you authorize us to contact you regarding your request, appointment, project, or related service matters using the contact information you provide.

11. Website Information

Information on the KUTA CORP website is provided for general informational purposes. Service descriptions, availability, and pricing may vary depending on the specific project and site conditions.

Submitting a quote request through the website does not guarantee availability, confirm an appointment, or create an obligation for KUTA CORP to perform the requested service.
